  3. Build begins

    • Framing, roof and cladding to lockup
    • Kitchen, bathroom and insulation
    • Weekly progress photos; visit any time

  4. Finishing touches

    • Paint and stain
    • Appliances installed (if chosen)
    • Plumbing, electrical and gas certified

  5. Delivery & placement

    • Site prep guidance in advance
    • Delivered and placed
    • Final inspection and walk-through

How long does the whole process take?
Most builds run four to six months from design sign-off to delivery. You get a timeline up front and weekly updates.
Do I need to pay a deposit, and how does payment work?
A deposit secures your build slot. Progress payments at agreed stages, balance before delivery. The schedule is in writing before we start.
Can I make changes once the build has started?
Colours, fittings and joinery details often, early in the build. Structural changes are locked in at design and planning.
Do you help with council consent and site requirements?
Yes. We work through consent, site access, power and water with you.
