Paragon Connect is being built to end that: one client portal carrying your programme, your selections, your progress photos and every document, with every trade already booked against it.

The gap
Today you can buy a beautiful home from a company like ours — and the moment the truck leaves the factory, you are on your own for the foundations, the services and the site.
It is too hard, and it produces bad outcomes. People give up on a company, or on the idea altogether, because of the part that comes after the house. Nobody explains it. Everybody re-invents the wheel. Paragon Connect sits between the home manufacturer and the finished, liveable home — and coordinates the layer of work that currently falls through the cracks.

Cladding, colours, roofing and finishes, updated on screen in near-real time.

Foundations, plumbing, drainage, decking, landscaping. The estimate updates as you go — no pressure to ring anyone to find out what something costs.
What it covers
Priced on your site, not a flat rate.
Every service is priced using logic specific to your section — how far the connections are, what the ground is doing, whether you are on town supply or a tank. Not a one-size-fits-all number that falls apart on inspection.

- Priced on distance from the home to the nearest service connection.
- Electrical
- Priced on distance from the home to the nearest service connection.
- Drainage & septic
- Priced on distance to services, bathroom and kitchen count, and whether the section is on town supply or a tank.
- Fire water supply
- Required on most rural sections. Fixed tank cost plus travel and delivery.
- Decking
- Scoped and priced on your chosen design and area.
- Landscaping & driveways
- Scoped and priced on the design and the site conditions.
