Drainage & septic: Priced on distance to services, bathroom and kitchen count, and town supply or tank.
Fire water supply: Required on most rural sections. Fixed tank cost plus travel and delivery.
Decking: Scoped and priced on your chosen design and area.
Landscaping & driveways: Scoped and priced on the design and the site conditions.
